I work with senior leaders and managers at all levels to support them to make difficult decisions, to have courageous conversations and to deal with tough topics in the workplace. I provide a safe, focused and confidential space for reflection and action-planning away from the on-coming traffic of the day job.

 

I also offer clients the time and space to develop their leadership; to step back from their immediate to-do list and get curious about the bigger picture. I’ll help you to reflect deeply upon your leadership purpose, practice and impact, and to attend to aspects of your role that you feel would benefit from more time and focus.
